Humble Beginnings
Dauerhaft Construction & Development, Corp. was founded in 2016, by former Overseas Filipino Workers and local entrepreneurs. All founding members are committed to make a positive impact to the Philippine construction industry by providing services and products that are at par with international quality standards.
Our services include general contracting works, construction management and property development. Our collective core expertise lies in roads and highways, bridges, underpasses, slope protection, drainage, landscaping, medium-rise buildings, piers and other related reinforced concrete structures.
At this juncture of our nascent company history, we believe that our most important asset for now is the management team’s character, integrity, skills, knowledge, and vision, which we have acquired through our more than 100 years of combined working experience in very large and iconic projects in both Singapore and the Middle East. Notwithstanding, we are also proud to have established a network of reliable partners in the construction industry which can provide support in resources and expertise in various fields.
We are dedicated to providing superior service while remaining grounded in the philosophy that honesty and integrity are as important as the bottom line. We are committed in the implementation of zero harm safety policy across all our projects and to places where we have physical presence.
